Celebrated Hollywood hairstylist Jesus Guerrero who was last seen with Jennifer Lopez in Dubai, dies at 34

Hollywood is mourning the sudden loss of celebrity hairstylist Jesus Guerrero, who passed away over the weekend at the age of 34. Guerrero, known for working with stars like Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Jenner, and Katy Perry, fell ill while travelling with Lopez in Dubai, according to reports.
Guerrero was last seen accompanying Lopez on her business trip to the UAE, where she performed at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on February 18. His sister, Gris Guerrero, revealed that
Lopez and her team urged him to seek medical attention after he became unwell. Despite seeing a doctor, his condition worsened, and he tragically passed away after returning to Los Angeles.
Lopez shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, calling his passing “senseless and unfair.”
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian honoured him as a beloved member of the Hollywood community, expressing sorrow for her sister, Kylie Jenner, who was especially close to Guerrero.
“Jesus was more than my friend — he was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support,” Kylie wrote in an emotional Instagram post.
“I don’t know how I would have made it through the last almost decade without him by my side. He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter.”
She concluded with a heart-wrenching farewell, saying: “Your words, your laughter, your kindness, your beautiful spirit will live in my heart forever. I’ll cherish all our moments together — every laugh and hug. I wish I could hug you again. I laid in your bed the way you used to lay in mine, talking for hours. I would give anything for one more deep talk. I’m going to miss you so much, more than any words can say. 222 my angel.”
Kim and Khloé Kardashian also shared heartfelt tributes to their late friend.
“We become family with our glam teams,” Kim shared, adding, “I don’t know how I would have made it through the last almost decade without him by my side. He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter.”
Sister Khloé, 40, shared the post to her own Instagram Stories, adding, “I couldn’t find the words this weekend, but this is exactly how we all feel. We become a family with our glam teams, and we share so much of our lives with them.”
Guerrero’s final Instagram post featured his work on Kali Uchis at the 2025 Grammy’s, just weeks before his passing. His family has launched a GoFundMe to help bring him home to Houston.
Guerrero’s passing has left a profound impact on Hollywood’s beauty industry, with friends, colleagues, and celebrities continuing to pay tribute to his legacy and kindness.
