The annual ‘Clean Up UAE’ returns today and will host volunteers from academic institutions, government bodies, corporations, families and individuals.

The event is organised by the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG), and the 20th edition takes place under the patronage of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.

The event is scheduled to take place over six days from December 6 to December 16 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. It will run from 8.30am to 12pm at all locations.

“As we celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the nation, EEG is proud to announce the start of our biggest yearly campaign, the Clean Up UAE campaign,” said
