Discovery Gardens advisory: Updated parking rules issued for Zen Cluster residents
Residents of the Zen Cluster in Discovery Gardens, particularly those living in Buildings 1 to 20 (the Pink Buildings), are advised of an update to on-street parking arrangements announced by Parkonic in coordination with building management.
As part of the revised allocation, basement parking remains the primary parking option for residents. However, to address ongoing concerns, a limited number of on-street parking spaces have now been allocated to each building to provide added flexibility for eligible permit holders. These on-street spaces will be managed strictly by building allocation to avoid overcrowding within the cluster.
Residents who have already registered using a PIN and hold a digital parking card on the Parkonic app should note that their cards will be temporarily updated after January 24. Parkonic has clarified that this update is part of an alignment process with building management and does not indicate rejection, suspension, or a violation.
For residents who purchased paid parking memberships after being required to park outside their designated areas during the transition period, Parkonic has confirmed that eligible cases can apply for a one-time refund.
Refund requests must be submitted by January 30, 2026, and all applications will be reviewed and verified as part of a transaction support measure specific to this transition phase.
Residents are encouraged to continue following designated parking allocations and to monitor updates via the Parkonic app or building management channels to ensure compliance and smooth implementation of the revised system.
