Dubai Airshow 2025: Emirates invites visitors to its biggest showcase yet with the A350 debut and futuristic AI-powered travel experiences
From next-gen aircraft to smart travel tech, Emirates is preparing for its biggest-ever showcase at Dubai Airshow 2025, featuring new technologies and aircraft innovations that highlight the future of air travel. Here’s a look at what visitors can expect to see at the show.
A full fleet on display
Dubai’s flagship airline will even open the first afternoon’s flying display with a special formation flypast featuring the A350, A380, and Boeing 777, alongside other UAE carriers.
Visitors can get up close with all three commercial aircraft in Emirates’ lineup, the A380, Boeing 777, and the new A350. Emirates Flight Training Academy will also display its Gamebird GB1 and Diamond DA42-VI training aircraft throughout the week.
Step into the future of travel
At the Emirates exhibition stand, guests can walk through the Smart Corridor, a biometric gateway that verifies identity instantly, meaning no passports or boarding passes. The airline is also spotlighting its new Biometric Selfie Registration on the Emirates App.
Another highlight: the airline’s AI-Enhanced Customer Handling system, developed using NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure. Using IoT cameras, the system can identify Emirates customers as soon as they enter the airport and provide teams with real-time updates on passenger flow. The goal? Faster processing, smoother journeys, and more personalised service.
The first trial will take place at the First Class Check-in Area at DXB Terminal 3, before rolling out to Emirates Lounges.
Emirates will also demonstrate its Smart Skies Turbulence Management system, a new multi-layer tech approach that aims to make flights smoother, safer, and more fuel-efficient.
A second life for aircraft parts
Emirates Engineering’s hit sustainability initiative ‘Aircrafted by Emirates’ is back with new creations.
The Atelier Collection features innovations like a Morphing Coffee Table, while The Maintenance Collection includes functional, repurposed pieces such as The Tricycle, Mechanic Apron, and Tool Belt, all made from high-performance aviation materials.
Fan favourites from previous collections will also be on display.
The airline will also showcase its onboard sustainable products, like botanic-fibre Business Class loungewear, VOYA beauty essentials, and Economy blankets made from recycled plastic bottles.
The future takes off in Dubai
Held at Dubai World Central from November 17 to 21 under the theme “The Future is Here”, the Dubai Airshow will draw thousands of visitors and aviation leaders from around the world.
