Dubai Fashion Week is back, and it’s unveiling the future of fashion first
Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) is returning to Dubai Design District (d3) from February 1–6, and this time, it’s going bigger, bolder and more global than ever.
The upcoming edition isn’t just another fashion week; it marks a major milestone. DFW will once again be the first fashion week in the world to debut Autumn/Winter 2026/27 collections, reinforcing Dubai’s growing influence on the global fashion calendar.
What you can look forward to
This season, the spotlight will shine on a powerful mix of local, regional and international designers from across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Americas, with Italian luxury label Alberta Ferretti set to open the week. Beyond the runway, fashion insiders can expect exclusive collection launches, brand experiences and industry-led events.
For Lorenzo Serafini, Creative Director of Alberta Ferretti, Dubai was a natural choice. He described the city as energetic, cosmopolitan and deeply committed to design excellence, the perfect setting to debut a collection that reflects the brand’s sensibility and craftsmanship.
Massimo Ferretti, Executive Chairman of Aeffe Group, added that Dubai represents a strategic crossroads of culture, creativity and global business, making DFW an ideal platform to expand the brand’s international presence.
According to Khadija Al Bastaki, Senior Vice President of d3, DFW reflects Dubai’s role as a place where creativity turns into real commercial success.
Adding to its global pull, the DFW Buyer’s Programme for AW26/27 will welcome top international buyers, including major platforms like Revolve, alongside department stores, concept retailers and digital marketplaces. This will help identify the next generation of fashion brands ready for the global stage, and connect them directly with the people who can make it happen.
As the official fashion week of Dubai, DFW continues to show ahead of New York Fashion Week, shining a spotlight on regional creativity while connecting international brands with one of the world’s most influential markets.
Pre-accreditation for DFW AW26/27 is now open via the official website (www.dubaifashionweek.org), and all eyes are once again on Dubai as it sets the tone for fashion’s future.
