Dubai lights up as Ferriswheel International brings Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandanna to unveil their Eid blockbuster Sikandar

Dubai was lit up in true Bollywood style as Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna arrived to promote their upcoming action-packed film, Sikandar. Fans in the UAE got a special treat with dazzling drone and projection displays, making the countdown to Eid even more exciting.
The star-studded promo tour kicked off at St. Regis Hotel’s famous observatory deck, “The View,” before moving to Roxy Cinemas at JBR, where crowds gathered to catch a glimpse of the Bollywood superstar.
The excitement peaked as Dubai’s skyline became the backdrop for a stunning projection on Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel. The event was organised by Ferriswheel International, the company behind the grand spectacle.
Salman Khan, a favourite among UAE audiences, was greeted by a massive crowd outside Roxy Cinemas.”The energy here is always amazing. Sikandar is a film close to my heart, and I can’t wait for everyone to watch it,” said the superstar.
Rashmika Mandanna, starring alongside Salman for the first time, added, “The response to Sikandar has been overwhelming. This movie is packed with action, emotion, and everything audiences love about Bollywood.”
Shubhra Bharadwaj, Founder of Ferriswheel International, emphasised the significance of this event, saying, “After three decades of curating events worldwide, bringing Sikandar to Dubai is a milestone for us. And who better than Salman Khan to lead the way?”
The film marks another collaboration between Salman Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who couldn’t attend the Dubai event. Still, he shared his excitement, saying, “Dubai has always embraced Indian cinema, making it the perfect place to celebrate Sikandar before its worldwide release.”
Director A.R. Murugadoss said, “We wanted the promotions to be just as grand as the film itself. Dubai was the perfect setting to launch this journey.”
With a massive global rollout planned, Sikandar is set to hit over 3,500 screens in more than 115 countries, marking Salman Khan’s widest overseas release yet.
The movie was officially released on March 30.
