Residents and visitors in Dubai can enjoy free entry to Aquaventure World and the Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm, for a limited period this month.

A limited number of complimentary tickets will be available daily from March 10 to March 22, with up to four free tickets allowed per booking.

The initiative coincides with the early start of the school spring break, allowing families and visitors to explore some of Dubai’s most popular attractions.

Explore the revamped Lost World Aquarium

Visitors can experience the recently revamped Lost World Aquarium, formerly known as The Lost Chambers Aquarium, which features 14 immersive and interactive rooms showcasing marine life and underwater ecosystems.

Guests can also enjoy Aquaventure World, which includes thrilling rides, family attractions, and a 1km-long private beach.

How to get free tickets

The complimentary tickets must be reserved online in advance through the attraction’s official website. Tickets cannot be purchased or collected at the gate.

Visitors will need to provide contact details and credit card information when booking. However, no payment will be charged, as the card details are used only to secure the reservation.

Tickets will be released daily at midnight for the same day and the following day to help manage visitor capacity.

Each transaction is limited to four complimentary tickets, and the tickets are strictly for personal use and cannot be sold or transferred.

Guests who wish to book additional experiences or visit outside the promotional period can still purchase tickets through the park’s regular ticketing options.

Important visitor guidelines

Complimentary tickets must be used on the booked date, and rescheduling or refunds are not available for these tickets. Guests are also required to follow Aquaventure World park rules and staff instructions during their visit.

The attraction has confirmed that it maintains a comprehensive emergency response plan, which is activated if the UAE Government issues official alerts. In such situations, attractions may be temporarily closed and guests guided to designated indoor shelter areas.
