The rise of SB19

Formed in 2018, SB19, comprising Pablo, Stell, Ken, Justin, and Josh, began their journey under ShowBT Philippines, undergoing years of intense training inspired by the K-pop system. Their debut single, Tilaluha, introduced them to Filipino audiences, but it was their dance practice video for “Go Up” that catapulted them to global fame after going viral in 2019.

That viral moment opened doors to historic milestones: a Billboard Music Award nomination, a spot in the Billboard Social 50 Top 10, and a worldwide fan base that continues to grow.

Proudly Filipino, globally loved

While influenced by K-pop, SB19 proudly wave the flag for P-Pop (Pinoy Pop), a vibrant subgenre of Original Pilipino Music (OPM). Now operating independently through their own company, 1Z Entertainment, the group continues to blend modern pop, hip-hop, and EDM with heartfelt Filipino storytelling and culture.
