Flying out of Dubai for Eid? Emirates is serving free ice cream at airport

Heading out for the Eid Al Adha holidays? Emirates is making sure your getaway starts on a deliciously cool note. From June 6 to 20, travellers passing through Dubai International Airport can enjoy free ice cream and sorbet at four fun, Emirates-branded carts dotted around the departure terminals.

Whether you’re team mango, strawberry, or chocolate, there’s something for every sweet tooth, with passionfruit and raspberry sorbet options for the fruit fans. The best time to scoop your treat? Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 12pm and 6pm, ideal for families, groups, and last-minute snackers.

With airport crowds expected to spike from June 1 to 9, Emirates is also urging passengers to arrive at least 3 hours early, check in online, and keep a close eye on boarding times.

So if you’re flying out for a much-needed Eid break, don’t forget to grab your free scoop and start your holiday with a taste of summer!
