Global Village Dubai to host colourful parades three times a week this season

Global Village is turning 30, and the celebrations will be louder, brighter and more exciting than ever. The popular outdoor destination has announced that it will host dazzling parades three times a week throughout the new season.

The “30 Season of Wonders Parade” will feature vibrant lights, upbeat music, elaborate floats and talented performers, bringing together cultures from around the world in true Global Village fashion.

The parades will take place every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, shortly after Maghreb prayer time. That means from now until January, you can expect them to start between 5.30pm and 6pm, while from February onwards, timings will shift slightly later to between 6pm and 7pm.

Designed to entertain families and honour multicultural traditions, the parades will tour through the many streets of Global Village, complete with remote-controlled LED props, colourful costumes and original music inspired by global rhythms.

Each parade will also feature a line-up of eye-catching floats, adding to the festive atmosphere that the destination is known for.

The parades will take a short pause during Ramadan 2026, before returning for the final stretch of the season in May.

Beyond the parades, visitors can look forward to a packed calendar of live performances, with international and regional stars set to take the main stage. Egyptian superstar Mohamed Ramadan has already been confirmed as the first headliner for Season 30.

From Dh25. Every Sun, Tue and Thu until May 10, 2026. Global Village, Dubailand.
