Halsey’s Dubai concert suddenly cancelled, here’s what ticket holders need to know
American singer Halsey’s concert in Dubai has been cancelled, just weeks before the scheduled date on December 6 at Coca-Cola Arena.
Ticket holders received an email today (Thursday) confirming the show “will no longer take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the artist, organiser and venue.” Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment card within up to 21 working days, the message said.
The event has been removed from the Coca-Cola Arena website. Halsey, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, has not yet issued a public statement regarding the cancellation.
Ticket refund
All tickets will be refunded automatically to the original payment card, with processing expected to take up to 21 working days. The Coca-Cola Arena website has also removed the event from its upcoming listings.
The concert was originally announced in October as the singer’s Dubai debut, set to kick off the 2025–26 Dubai Shopping Festival.
