His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, shared an uplifting video about his experience in leadership and it’s sure to give you the pump you need for the week.

Posted with the hashtag #FlashesofLeaderhsip, the video is a shining example of the commendable development Dubai has seen in the past few decades. From a barren field of swirling sand to the hub of business on the world map, the city has risen to become a picture of the iconic glittering skyline of Sheikh Zayed Road.

“Our motto used to be: Dubai is the city of the world,” said His Highness in the video. “Now it has changed to: Dubai is the world.”
