Middle East’s biggest beauty event lands in Sharjah soon

Beauty and skincare professionals, take note! The Middle East Cosmetics Show is set to make its glamorous debut at Expo Centre Sharjah from 8 to 12 October 2025, marking a major new event on the region’s beauty calendar.

Supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and organised by Expo Centre Sharjah, the five-day event will spotlight the latest trends, innovations, and products shaping the booming beauty and personal care market across the UAE and the wider MENA region.

Announced at an official launch event held at the Expo Centre on Thursday, the inaugural edition promises to bring together global and regional leaders in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances, organic beauty, men’s grooming, beauty-focused e-commerce, and more.

A Gateway to a Thriving Market

Described as a strategic move to support Sharjah’s economic diversification goals, the show will serve as a powerful platform for distributors, retailers, salon owners, e-commerce brands, and beauty innovators to network, collaborate, and connect with thousands of eager consumers.

“The Sharjah Chamber’s support for this flagship exhibition aligns with our strategy to attract specialised trade fairs that contribute to sustainable development and economic growth,” said Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI and Expo Centre Sharjah.

Showcasing Industry Powerhouses

In addition to product showcases, the event will feature live demos, tutorials by top makeup artists, expert-led workshops, and exclusive launches of new beauty innovations. Beauty lovers can also look forward to special promotions, giveaways, and discounts on premium products.

“This is more than an exhibition, it’s a knowledge hub and launchpad for what’s next in beauty,” said Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah.

“With the cosmetics industry experiencing rapid growth across the Gulf, this show is poised to become a vital meeting point for the region’s beauty community.”

Global Meets Local

The launch ceremony was attended by Lee Beomchan, Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Dubai, alongside leading figures from the region’s beauty scene, media, and Expo Sharjah officials. The presence of global dignitaries underscored the growing international interest in the UAE’s cosmetics market.

With participation from over eight key sectors of the industry, including raw material suppliers, skincare brands, and niche beauty startups, the Middle East Cosmetics Show is expected to draw thousands of visitors and industry professionals from across the region.
