Missed the lights and lasers magic? Here’s your chance to catch up
New Year’s came and New Year’s went, and if you’re steeped in unbearable FOMO because you missed the spectacular lights and laser show as part of the ‘Eve of Wonder’ at Burj Khalifa, then fear no more because Emaar is swooping in to pull you out of that pit.
The developer has announced that the lights and laser display will continue to run till the end of March and is truly a sight to behold, featuring the theme of ‘time and progression’.
It copped two Guinness World Records – for the ‘Largest LED-illuminated Facade’ and the ‘Tallest LED-illuminated Facade’ – so this is legit stuff. You don’t want to miss it.
If you spent December 31, 2021 sleeping (we may or may not have done that), here’s when you can catch the show:
January 1-5:
- Tuesdays and Wednesday – 7pm and 9pm
- Thursday through Saturday – 8pm, 9pm and 10pm
From January 8:
- Tuesdays and Wednesday – 7.15pm, 8pm and 9.15pm
- Thursday through Saturdays – 6.45pm, 8pm and 9.45pm
