New Dubai agency Mosaic aims to get marketing right from day one

A new integrated marketing agency has officially entered Dubai’s bustling business landscape, promising to redefine how companies approach growth. Mosaic, led by Agency Director Shubhang Bhattacharya and Head of Digital Prasanna Venkat, was launched this week with a pledge to offer a more intentional, results-driven approach to marketing.
The duo are no strangers to the UAE’s entrepreneurial scene. Having spent over a decade in the business setup space, Bhattacharya and Venkat have been behind multiple high-impact campaigns that helped new ventures get off the ground. That experience, they say, has shaped Mosaic’s core philosophy: helping businesses make better decisions instead of simply spending bigger budgets.
“So many businesses, no matter how long they’ve been around, try to handle marketing on their own and miss out on huge opportunities,” Bhattacharya told reporters. “Making the right decisions at the right time is a make-or-break moment for any business. We give companies the expertise to make marketing a cornerstone of their success, not just an afterthought.”
Venkat echoed that sentiment, stressing the agency’s focus on value creation over complexity.
“We’ve seen too many businesses struggle with direction. At Mosaic, our starting point is always the same: what actually creates value for the client, and how do we get there without overcomplicating it?” he said.
Although the agency formally launched this week, it has already made its mark since a soft rollout in February. Mosaic’s early campaigns include the “Employee to Entrepreneur” initiative, which drew over 23 million impressions, and the launch of the UAE’s first mobile business setup service, the “Startup Wagon.” Even a light-hearted Instagram reel riffing on the Coldplay concert craze racked up more than 14 million views — proof, the founders say, of their ability to tap into local culture.
The agency’s name reflects its guiding principle. “Mosaic” symbolises the idea of blending distinct, diverse perspectives to create results greater than the sum of their parts — a philosophy Bhattacharya and Venkat believe will set them apart in the crowded UAE marketing scene.
