A new cinema concept has arrived at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, offering visitors more than just a place to watch films. Cinemacity has introduced Starlight, a venue designed to turn a movie outing into a full evening experience.

The cinema features nine screens, including a large-format theatre with a capacity of up to 500 seats. While spacious, the design focuses on creating a comfortable and social environment, where guests can relax and spend time before and after screenings.

Starlight also includes a members’ club, catering to those seeking a more premium experience. With private lounge areas, reserved seating and enhanced service, the space offers an alternative to the traditional cinema setup.

Dining plays a central role in the concept. Guests can choose from a range of options, from classic cinema snacks to more refined meals. Italian dishes are served at Graffiti Forno e Focacceria, alongside a licensed dining venue offering a full menu with beverages. In selected auditoriums, food and drinks can be delivered directly to seats.

In addition to film screenings, the venue plans to host live performances, themed events and special showings, expanding its appeal beyond standard moviegoers.
