Get ready for even more fun on Yas Island. Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is set to unveil its brand-new expansion on July 1, adding more than 20 new rides, slides, and experiences, all wrapped in an exciting “Lost City” theme.

Announced by Miral, Abu Dhabi’s leading creator of immersive destinations, this new phase adds 13,445 square metres of aquatic adventures and continues the tale of ‘The Legend of the Lost Pearl’ with an exciting twist.

With the expansion, Yas Waterworld now boasts over 60 attractions, making it one of the largest and most feature-packed waterparks in the region.

What’s New in the Lost City?

This immersive new zone is packed with thrills for every age:

• Al Mafras: A twisting desert-themed slide just for kids
• Red Dunes: A high-speed, closed aqua tube for adrenaline-seekers
• Al Falaj Race: The region’s first duelling raft ride with sharp drops and head-to-head action
• Al Sahel Junior: The region’s first mini zero-gravity boomerango
• Dawwama Junior: A kid-friendly version of Yas Waterworld’s iconic tornado slide
• Mataha Madness & Sadaf Swirl: Wild, swirling rides that will leave your head spinning
• Bahamut’s Rage: A thrilling log flume with steep plunges
• Bandit’s Playground: A new splash zone full of surprises, perfect for younger guests
