Primark is coming to Dubai: Budget fashion from Dh15 set to hit malls in 2026

Great news for bargain hunters, Primark is officially coming to Dubai. The much-loved budget fashion and lifestyle retailer will open three stores in early 2026, bringing its famously low prices to some of the city’s top shopping destinations.
The brand is partnering with retail giant Alshaya Group to launch stores at Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and City Centre Mirdif.
And yes, prices will remain just as low as they are in the UK and Ireland. You’ll be able to pick up jeans starting at just Dh50, and t-shirts for only Dh15.
What is Primark?
If you’re not familiar with the brand, Primark began in Dublin, Ireland, more than 55 years ago under the name Penneys. Today, it operates over 450 stores in 15 countries, including 16 in the United States.
The store is known for its affordable fashion, accessories, cosmetics, home goods, and essentials for men, women, and children. Whether it’s a new outfit, pyjamas, or even a cushion for your sofa, Primark is a go-to for budget-conscious shoppers.
Regional launch starts in Kuwait
Before arriving in the UAE, Primark will open its first Middle East store in Kuwait at The Avenues Mall by the end of 2025. Dubai will follow soon after with its trio of stores launching in the first quarter of 2026.
