Ramadan in Dubai 2026: 30 Days of night markets, fireworks and community events across the city
Dubai has officially launched its month-long “Ramadan in Dubai” programme, bringing 30 days of cultural, community and lifestyle events to neighbourhoods and major destinations across the emirate.
Timed with the start of the holy month, the citywide initiative highlights the spiritual and social significance of Ramadan in the UAE, a time centred on reflection, generosity and togetherness.
What is Ramadan in Dubai
Part of the wider Season of Wulfa, the programme stretches from Hag Al Leila through to Eid in Dubai, bringing together Iftars, majlis experiences, drone shows, fireworks, Ramadan markets, mall activations and large-scale public installations.
From neighbourhood storytelling and mosque initiatives to waterfront dining and sky-lit spectacles, the city will transform each evening after sunset with experiences designed around togetherness, reflection and shared moments.
Ahmed Al Khaja, Chief Executive of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), said the focus this year is on simple, inclusive activities integrated into everyday life.

Ramadan in Dubai 2026 aims to create welcoming, accessible moments across public spaces, blending heritage, hospitality and contemporary experiences throughout the city.
A Citywide Ramadan Atmosphere
With decorative lanterns, large-scale visual installations and nightly gatherings after Maghrib prayer, the programme positions Ramadan as one of Dubai’s most coordinated cultural seasons of the year.
The celebrations will continue throughout the holy month, leading up to Eid Al Fitr.
