Ramadan in UAE: Dubai launches guide featuring easy Iftar and Suhoor recipes by Emirati chefs
As part of the citywide Ramadan in Dubai programme, Brand Dubai has launched a new Ramadan Recipes Guide 2026, featuring around 40 curated dishes created in collaboration with chefs, restaurants and cafés from the Proudly from Dubai network.
The guide offers cooking enthusiasts an inspiring culinary collection spanning main courses, appetisers, desserts and baked goods, blending Emirati and Gulf traditions with Arabic and international flavours that reflect Dubai’s cultural diversity.
Supporting homegrown talent and entrepreneurs
Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, said the initiative builds on ongoing efforts to spotlight creative talent and support entrepreneurs who have built successful food and beverage ventures in the emirate.
