Mango Tree Thai Bistro, a popular Thai food destination in JBR has launched its first-ever fire bowl challenge, starting for Friday, July 1. Running throughout July and August, the fire bowl challenge will set tongues afire with three spicy dishes. Diners are challenged to finish any of three fire bowls dishes under eight minutes to get the dish for free.

All of this without any sip of water or any liquid, which will really test your limits. The three fire bowls, made exclusively by Mango Tree are Tom Yum Goong, a citrusy and tangy soup with prawns, Massaman Lamb Curry, a slowcooked lamb shank infused in a Massaman curry and Thai Beef and Pumpkin Salad , a special beef and pumpkin salad created by popular Chef Steven for this challenge. The three fire bowls are priced between Dh80 and Dh90 each, which diners have to pay if they can’t manage to finish it in eight minutes. The winners will enter into a raffle draw to win a free trip for two to Bangkok, that includes roundtrip airfare between Dubai and Bangkok, a 3-night stay with breakfast at Hilton Sukhumvit, Bangkok and a special 3-course dinner at Mango Tree in Bangkok. The winner will be announced on September 1, 2022.
