Top Dubai chefs to join forces at Culinary Innovators pop-up: Here’s what to expect

Foodies, get ready for one of Dubai’s most anticipated dining events of the year. The Culinary Innovators pop-up is back this November, bringing together 12 of the city’s top chefs for an unforgettable two-day gastronomic experience at The Avery, Conrad Hotel, on Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22.

This edition promises a stellar line-up of restaurant collaborations and interactive dining, blending the creativity of Dubai’s most acclaimed kitchens into one exclusive setting. Each day will feature a dinner service, with an additional lunch experience on Saturday, and seating is limited to just 150 guests per session, so early booking is essential.

As with the debut edition, diners can look forward to a signature dish from each restaurant, paired with free-flowing beverages and live entertainment that brings a vibrant, social flair to the evening.

This year’s line-up is nothing short of spectacular, featuring six dynamic chef pairings that bridge global culinary influences:
