What started as a regular summer getaway has now turned into the trip of a lifetime for a Ras Al Khaimah couple, all thanks to a lucky windfall.

Adel Abdelhay, an Egyptian expat who has been living in the UAE for the past 13 years, won Dh100,000 in the UAE Lottery’s Lucky Chance draw, adding a major dose of joy to an already special month for his family.

The couple had been planning a vacation to Malaysia in August, but thanks to their lottery win, the experience is about to get a serious upgrade.

The UAE Lottery announced the winners of its Lucky Chance guaranteed cash prize category during Draw No. 250628, held on Saturday.

Each of the seven winners took home Dh100,000, turning the end of June into a jackpot moment.

The winning numbers in the Days Set were: 31, 26, 21, 19, 7, and 16, while the winning number in the Months Set was: 9.

This draw is part of the UAE Lottery’s ongoing Lucky Chance series, which offers guaranteed cash prizes to participants every week, with no rollover required to win.
