World’s tallest hotel to open in Dubai Marina in 2024

The Dubai skyline is dotted with architectural wonders. The world’s tallest standalone hotel – Ciel Tower – will soon be a new addition.
The hotel’s construction is on track – reaching the halfway stage with 52 storeys having been made. The hotel – in Dubai Marina – is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023 and set to open in the first half of 2024.
According to a data by Emporis, The Ciel Tower will surpass the height of Gevora Hotel, which is 365m high and is the world’s tallest hotel.
The tower will have more than 1,000 guestrooms and suites. It will feature premium amenities such as the Ciel Observatory and Lounge on the 81st floor. A rooftop Sky Terrace with infinity pool and bar will be another attraction.
A key feature of the hotel will be its 300-metre atrium, spanning the building’s 82 floors with vertically stacked landscaped terraces.
The Gevora Hotel, which opened in 2018, was named the world’s tallest hotel beating JW Marriott Marquis Dubai by six meters.
The pandemic has hit the travel industry hard. But the sector is on the path of recovery.
Dubai has seized the opportunity and its travel sector is recovering. And projects like Ciel Tower revive the hope!
