World’s top women’s tennis stars are heading to Dubai this February

Tennis fans, get ready, the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships is back, and this year’s women’s week is shaping up to be one of the biggest yet.

Running from February 15 to 21, the WTA 1000 tournament will welcome every single player ranked in the world’s top 20, making it one of the strongest line-ups the event has ever seen.

Leading the charge are global superstars Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiątek, Coco Gauff and Amanda Anisimova, alongside crowd favourites Elena Rybakina, Jessica Pegula, Jasmine Paolini, Madison Keys and Belinda Bencic.

Also returning to Dubai is Mirra Andreeva, the reigning 2025 champion, who will be looking to defend her title, plus two-time Dubai winner Elina Svitolina, adding even more firepower to an already stacked draw.

One of the exciting names to watch this year is Victoria Mboko, whose breakout performances have propelled the Canadian star into the world’s top 20 for the first time.

“This line-up reflects just how important Dubai has become on the global tennis calendar,” said Ramesh Cidambi, Managing Director of Dubai Duty Free and Chairman of the Organising Committee. “We’re looking forward to another exceptional week of world-class tennis.”

The action doesn’t stop there. As in previous years, the championships will run back-to-back, with the men’s ATP 500 tournament taking over from February 23 to 28, ensuring nearly two weeks of top tennis in the city.
