What You Need to Know Before Flying Out

Visa-Free Entry
UAE residents with a valid residence visa can stay in Georgia for up to 90 days within a 180-day window, no pre-arranged visa required.

What to Pack
It’s hot in the city but chilly in the mountains, even in summer. Bring a light jacket, sunscreen, and modest attire for churches.

Getting Around
Book private transfers or local drivers via apps or hotels. Roads in mountain regions can be rough.

Trust locals when it comes to driving routes
Your navigation app might send you down the shortest route, but that doesn’t always mean it’s the best one. Locals can tell you whether the road is actually drivable or if it’s a gravel mess you should avoid altogether.

Money Matters
Use cash in small towns. Cards are widely accepted in Tbilisi and Batumi. Tipping 10% in restaurants is appreciated in bigger cities.

Drink Bottled Water in the lowlands. Mountain spring water is usually safe.

Why Georgia for Eid?

  • Short flight, no visa hassle
  • A perfect mix of nature, culture, food, and heritage
  • Affordable luxury and stunning backdrops for your Eid memories
