As many as 35 libraries have been set up at workers’ accommodations in Sharjah as part of the ‘Library In Every Camp’ initiative. 

The Labour Standards Development Authority in Sharjah (LSDA), in cooperation with the
Culture Without Borders (CWB), has opened libraries housing books in multiple languages.

More libraries are being established at different living quarters.
