Dubai launches new ‘Ramadan Recipes Guide’ with 40 delicious dishes

Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, has just released the sixth edition of its popular ‘Ramadan Recipes Guide’. This year’s edition features 40 unique recipes created in collaboration with top chefs, cafes, and restaurants in the emirate.
Part of the #RamadaninDubai campaign, the guide celebrates both traditional and modern dishes. It invites residents and visitors to try exciting new recipes that reflect Dubai’s rich and diverse food scene.
A Star-Studded Culinary Lineup
This year’s guide features 10 expert chefs and 10 well-known cafes and restaurants.
Emirati Chefs: Faisal Naser, Mohammed Essa, Sultan Kayed, Abdulaziz Ahmed
International Chefs: Yara Ali El Masry, Ali Yazdi, Hala Manaf Ayash, Rene Ignacio Cerda Flores, Afnan Maher Al Amir, Kuvam Sharma

Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, thanked the chefs and restaurants for their contributions. “This guide blends the essence of Ramadan with Dubai’s diverse food culture. It highlights the talents of local and international chefs while giving families new recipes to enjoy during the Holy Month.”
Khawla Al Hashmi, a member of the #RamadanInDubai organizing committee, added: “This edition features a mix of Emirati and international flavours, making Ramadan meals even more special.”
The guide includes step-by-step recipes for a variety of dishes, including appetisers, soups, salads, main courses, desserts and Suhoor Specialties
