Filipino music fans in the UAE are in for a treat as award-winning singer-songwriter TJ Monterde is bringing his much-anticipated Sarili Nating Mundo World Tour 2025 to Dubai on Sunday, July 13, at the Coca-Cola Arena.

Following the massive success of his three-day sold-out concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Manila, TJ is taking his heartfelt OPM (Original Pilipino Music) to the global stage — and Dubai is one of the tour’s biggest international stops.

Joining him on stage is none other than his wife and musical collaborator, Asia’s Soul Supreme, KZ Tandingan, for what promises to be an emotional, unforgettable night of music and connection. The concert will be directed by top Filipino performer and concert director John Prats.

With over a billion Spotify streams and the title of #1 OPM artist on the platform, TJ has become one of the most streamed and celebrated Filipino musicians today, selling out shows both in the Philippines and abroad.

From Cagayan de Oro to global fame

Born in Davao City and raised in Cagayan de Oro, TJ Monterde holds a degree in Developmental Communication from Xavier University. His journey began in hosting, but it was his passion for music, discovered as early as age 4,  that led him to Manila, armed only with his guitar and dreams.

His breakthrough came in 2013 with the self-titled album featuring “Ikaw at Ako,” a hit that took over radio charts and social media feeds. The success earned him the title “The Next Acoustic Heartthrob” and a permanent place in the hearts of Filipino music lovers.
