Emirates is giving passengers another reason to visit Dubai this summer, offering complimentary hotel stays at the five-star JW Marriott Marquis along with access to hundreds of discounts through its My Emirates Pass programme.

The limited-time promotion allows eligible travellers to enjoy a free stay in Dubai when booking return flights, making it easier to turn a stopover into a short city break or extend a holiday.

Complimentary stay

Passengers who book eligible return tickets between June 22 and July 12 can take advantage of the following benefits:

• First Class and Business Class passengers: Complimentary two-night stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai.
• Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers: Complimentary one-night stay at the hotel.

The offer applies to return journeys to Dubai or itineraries that include a Dubai stopover of more than 24 hours. Travel must take place between June 25 and September 30.

Located in the heart of the city, JW Marriott Marquis offers guests access to award-winning restaurants, a luxury spa, a fitness centre, and an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic skyline views.

Announcing the promotion, Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said Dubai continues to be an ideal summer destination for travellers seeking relaxation, adventure, entertainment, or a mix of all three.

He added that the complimentary stay allows visitors to experience the city’s diverse shopping, dining, family attractions, and entertainment options, whether Dubai is their final destination or part of a longer journey.

Additional experiences

Passengers can also make use of Emirates’ Dubai Experience platform, available in selected markets, to create personalised itineraries ranging from 24-hour stopovers to multi-day visits.

Meanwhile, the airline’s popular My Emirates Pass returns this summer, offering access to more than 600 discounts at participating restaurants, spas, retail outlets, and tourist attractions across Dubai.

Travellers simply need to present their physical or digital Emirates boarding pass along with valid identification to redeem participating offers.

Flexible booking

Emirates said customers who have booked flights after April 2, are eligible for one complimentary date change across all cabin classes. The airline also continues to offer its Hold My Fare service, allowing travellers to lock in fares while finalising travel plans.

Travel incentives

The summer promotion comes as Emirates strengthens its efforts to encourage international travel. The airline currently serves more than 138 destinations worldwide and has recently introduced several customer-focused initiatives.

Among them is a new Comprehensive Travel Cover insurance option, available in selected markets, that provides additional protection against unexpected travel disruptions and offers greater peace of mind for passengers planning their summer holidays.
