Global Village Dubai Ramadan 2026 timings: What families, tourists and residents need to know

Global Village Dubai, one of the city’s most popular family attractions, has announced updated opening hours for Ramadan 2026, giving residents and visitors more time to enjoy late-night dining, entertainment and cultural experiences.

Throughout Ramadan, Global Village will open daily from 5pm, an hour later than usual, and stay open until the early hours of the following day.

Global Village Ramadan opening hours

During the holy month, Global Village will operate as follows:

  • Sunday to Wednesday: 5pm to 1am
  • Thursday to Saturday: 5pm to 2am

Ramadan is expected to begin on Thursday, February 19, and is currently forecast to last 29 days, ending around Thursday, March 19, subject to moon sighting.

A popular Ramadan destination for families

For families living in Dubai, Global Village remains a favourite Ramadan outing thanks to its relaxed evening atmosphere, food stalls from around the world and free entertainment included with entry.

This Ramadan, the park will once again host Multaqa Global Village, a free-to-access, tent-style seating area inspired by traditional majlis gatherings. Designed for comfort and conversation, the space allows families and groups to gather for iftar, suhoor or late-night visits in a calm, welcoming setting.

What tourists can expect during Ramadan

Tourists visiting Dubai during Ramadan can still enjoy Global Village well into the night. The attraction will offer a full programme of Ramadan-themed live entertainment, helping visitors experience local culture alongside international performances.

Nightly shows on the main stage will include:

  • Live oud, nay, harp and violin performances
  • Orchestra shows
  • Traditional Tannoura dance performances

All shows are included in the price of entry.

Nightly shows and special events

TV personality Maitha Mohammed will host the Akher Kalam show every night at 11pm until March 18. Meanwhile, Abdulla Esmaeel will present Al Mandoos Live Game Show at 9.30pm across three consecutive weekends, starting from the first Friday of Ramadan on February 20.

A drone show is also scheduled for the first Friday of Ramadan, offering a visual highlight for families and visitors.

A Ramadan activity for residents and regular visitors

Dubai residents looking to stay active during Ramadan can also take part in Global Village’s 10,000-step challenge. Available exclusively through the Global Village mobile app, the challenge encourages guests to explore the park on foot.

Visitors who complete 10,000 steps in a single visit will be eligible for rewards, adding a fun and interactive element to the Ramadan experience.
