The hotel, set to open in 2023, will stand alongside Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and add to Jumeirah Group’s beachfront hotel portfolio.
The new resort resembles a futuristic yacht and consists of 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites amid private landscaped gardens.
The development spans over 160,000 square metres of reclaimed land and also includes a collection of ocean-facing bedroom marina villas and an 83-berth superyacht marina as well as a boardwalk.
