The Dubai Tourism Authority has revealed its 2025 event schedule, including the Retail Calendar, featuring a diverse range of festivals, shopping experiences, and cultural events. 

From January to December, residents and visitors can enjoy 14 exciting events throughout the year.

Dubai Shopping Festival

Dubai kicks off the New Year with its iconic Shopping Festival, running until January 12, 2025. The event, which began on December 6, 2024, offers huge discounts, exciting prizes, and plenty of entertainment, including live concerts and activities. The final weekend will see over 3,000 stores across the city offering discounts ranging from 25% to 90%.

Chinese New Year Celebrations

From January 24 to February 2, 2025, Dubai will celebrate Chinese New Year with a vibrant mix of live performances, cultural activities, special promotions, and spectacular fireworks displays. Expect exclusive food offerings and a festive atmosphere across the city.

Dubai Fashion Season

Fashion lovers will enjoy the Dubai Fashion Season in 2025, featuring the launch of Spring/Summer collections in the first half of the year, followed by Fall/Winter collections later in the year. Shoppers will find the latest fashion trends in stores throughout the city.

Ramadan & Eid Al Fitr

From February 28 to April 6, 2025, Dubai will celebrate Ramadan with a host of cultural activities, illuminated displays, special dining experiences, and retail offers. After Ramadan, Eid Al Fitr will be marked by festive events, discounts, and travel deals.

E-Sale Discounts

Shoppers can enjoy the annual three-day E-Sale, offering discounts between 30% and 95% on everything from clothing to electronics. This sale is one of the biggest online shopping events of the year.

Dubai Games and Digital Sports Festival

From April 25 to May 11, 2025, Dubai will host its Digital Sports Festival, turning the city into a hub for gaming and esports. Special events include the “Game Expo” on May 7-11 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with a focus on gaming innovations and educational initiatives.

3-Day Super Sale

Dubai’s Super Sale returns in 2025, offering huge discounts ranging from 25% to 90%. The first edition will take place in May, followed by the second in November. Shoppers can enjoy deals on everything from clothing and electronics to home goods.

Eid Al Adha

From June 2-8, 2025, Dubai will celebrate Eid Al Adha with special offers in shopping malls, festive meals in restaurants, and entertainment including concerts and fireworks.

As the new school year approaches, Dubai’s retailers will offer back-to-school sales from August 4-28, 2025, featuring discounts on school supplies, clothing, and electronics.

Home Festival

The Dubai Home Festival, running from October 3-16, 2025, will offer special promotions on home furnishings, appliances, and decor—perfect for refreshing your living space as the weather cools.

Diwali Celebrations

From October 17-26, 2025, Dubai will celebrate Diwali with major promotions on gold, jewelry, bridal wear, and home decor. The city will come alive with festivities and special events.

Dubai Fitness Challenge

From November 1-30, 2025, the Dubai Fitness Challenge will encourage everyone to commit to 30 minutes of exercise each day for 30 days. The challenge includes events like the Dubai Run, Dubai Cycling Challenge, and Dubai Rowing Challenge.
