Miss Universe Nigeria is an Emirates flight attendant!
Did you know that Maristella Okpala, Miss Universe Nigeria 2021 is a flight attendant for Emirates Airlines?
The 28-year-old beauty queen was a football player in her college days and graduated in public health. She moved to Dubai in 2019.
Okpala represented her country in the Miss Universe 2021 beauty pageant in Eilat, Israel and has previously bagged a number of other titles. She won the Best National Costume for her incredible dress inspired by “Mmanwu”, a traditional masquerade of her homeland.
She is passionate about child welfare and partakes in humanitarian work to better the lives of the children back home. Education, prevention of child abuse and uplifting the communities living in slums are some of the issues she hopes to tackle with her efforts.
