Shows, concerts you shouldn’t miss this month

A number of great shows are taking place throughout Dubai in the month of February and March and if you can’t remember all of them, don’t worry! We’ve done it for you. Here’s a roundup of all the concerts upcoming in Dubai.

Black Coffee

When: February 11
Where: Expo 2020 Dubai


South African DJ, record producer and songwriter, Black Coffee will have you grooving into the night (and well until the early morning) on February 11 at Expo 2020 Dubai. The world-class artist will be accompanied by two popular Dubai DJs, Frederick Stone and Paul Svenson. The show takes place at DEC Arena – North Hall 1, begins at 8pm.

Bamboo

When: February 11
Where: Expo 2020


A legend in the Philippines rock scene, renowned rock artist Bamboo is ready to bring his signature dulcet rock to Expo 2020 Dubai. Originally, the vocalist and frontman of the alternative rock band Rivermaya, Bamboo emerged as a solo act in 2011 with his debut album No Water, No Moon.
Bamboo is renowned for his boisterous live performances, which has earned him the epithet of Vocal Rock Maestro. He will be performing at the Jubilee Stage on Friday, at 9.30pm.

Coldplay Live At Expo

When: February 15
Where: Expo 2020 Dubai

Coldplay will be performing live at Expo 2020 under the stunning Al Wasl Plaza at 9pm on February 15. The music group will entertain you with hits from their new album and highlight the importance of protecting the planet in line with Expo’s sub-theme of Sustainability. Expect your favourite classic tunes such as Fix You, The Scientist, Yellow, Paradise, In My Place and many more.

As Expo 2020 is about to end in exactly two months, artists are leaving no chance to perform at the all-exclusive venue.

Amit Trivedi

When: February 26
Where: Expo 2020, Jubilee Stage

One of India’s most beloved singers, Amit Trivedi began his career as a theatre and jingle composer before turning his attention to scoring films in 2008 with Aamir. The singer has since established himself as a formidable musical force in Hindi films and has even directed several critically-acclaimed music videos.
Trivedi will be performing at the Jubilee Stage on February 26, at 9pm.

DJ Tiesto

When: March 4
Where: Coca-Cola Arena

Grammy Award-winning DJ Tiësto is returning to the UAE taking over Coca-Cola Arena for a one-night-only performance. Previously dubbed “the Godfather of EDM”, Tiesto has been releasing music since 1994, the platinum-certified producer is the man behind hits such as The Business, Jackie Chan and Don’t Be Shy. He was last in Dubai in 2018, where he performed at former nightclub Gotha. The concert is a ‘free movement event’, and open to all ages provided that ticket holders can provide proof of vaccination.

Ronan Keating

When: March 18
Where: Coca-Cola Arena


International best-selling pop star Ronan Keating will be performing live in Dubai in March with a special one-off concert to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. Singer-songwriter Ronan, who was famous for being in the British boy band Boyzone in the ’90s, will take to the stage at the Coca-Cola Arena on Friday, March 18.
The venue will open at 7pm ahead of his performance at 9pm. A yet-to-be-announced support act will kick things off at 8.30pm.
