Summer travel demand prompts flydubai to add extra Bangkok flight
Just over two weeks after launching flights to Bangkok, flydubai is already expanding the route with a second daily service, citing strong demand from summer travellers.
From July 18, the Dubai-based airline will operate two daily flights between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), giving passengers more flexibility when travelling to the Thai capital.
The Bangkok route only launched on July 1, but strong bookings have prompted the airline to quickly increase capacity.
With the additional service, flydubai will now operate up to 21 weekly flights to Thailand, including its existing services to Krabi.

The new flights will operate from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport under flydubai’s codeshare partnership with Emirates.
