The iconic obstacle course race is making its much-anticipated comeback on Saturday, February 7, taking over The Sevens Stadium with a full day of grit, teamwork and adrenaline-fuelled fun.

A staple in Dubai’s fitness and adventure calendar, Tough Mudder is known for turning endurance races into unforgettable team experiences. It’s less about who finishes first and more about pushing limits, helping each other over obstacles, and celebrating the win together.

From icy plunges and muddy crawls to towering walls that demand teamwork, the course is designed to be tackled as a group, helping build a loyal and ever-growing Tough Mudder community across the Middle East.

What to expect at Tough Mudder Dubai

Taking centre stage is the Tough Mudder 5K, open to ages 14 and above, featuring over 12 classic obstacles. Fan favourites like Arctic Enema, Electroshock Therapy and Hydrophobia will be back, alongside exciting new challenges making their regional debut, including Pyramid Scheme, Funky Monkey and Everest.

Each obstacle is designed to test nerve, resilience and teamwork.

Yes, kids can join too

Families won’t be left out of the action thanks to Kids by Spartan Races. With courses ranging from 1km to 3km, tailored for ages 4 to 14, younger participants can also experience the thrill.

Adult finishers will receive a medal, T-shirt and the iconic Tough Mudder headband, while kids will earn their own finisher headband and medal, worn as a badge of honour.

More than just a race

Beyond the obstacles, the Sevens Stadium will transform into a buzzing festival village. Expect food trucks, live entertainment, music and partner activations, making it a fun-filled day out for both participants and supporters.
