The Dubai Shopping Festival has returned for it’s 27th edition and the calendar is jam packed with exciting events. We have curated the perfect guide to all that’s going down this festival season! 

Concerts and performances: 

• Love Actually festive special at Zero Gravity Dubai

• Aladdin at the QE2 TheatreOpera Al Wasl and Joseph Tawadros live at Dubai Opera

Hotel sales: 

A 24-hour hotel and attractions flash sale will be held on December 15. The sale will feature up to 25% on holidays, complimentary tickets to attractions and offers on food. 

Participating hotels include big names like The Address Boulevard Dubai, Manzil Downtown Dubai, Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and RAFFLES Dubai. 

Fireworks and drone shows: 

The schedule for the fireworks show starts from December 16.

• December 16: Dubai Festival City Mall, Al Seef, Dubai Creek Golf, Yacht Club, Dubai Frame and  La Mer at 8:30pm 

• December 17-22: Dubai Festival City Mall  at 8:30pm

• December 23-30: La Mer at 8:30pm

• December 31: Al Seef, La Mer, The Beach, JBR at 11:59pm

• January 1-12: Al Seef at 8:00pm

• January 13-22: The Beach, JBR at 9:30pm (7:00pm and 9:30pm on weekends)

• January 23-29: The Pointe at 9:00pm

The drone shows will be held everyday at 7pm and 9:30pm at Ain Dubai, Bluewaters Island and The Beach, JBR. 

The grand opening, taking place at Burj Park, will feature performances by Balqees Fathi and Mohammed Hamaki.
