We’re halfway through February of 2022 (what) and that New Year’s resolution of getting fitter is still, well, a resolution. If you’re anything like us, maybe the upcoming Yogafest Middle East starting from March 18 will bless you with some motivation to get stretching and moving. 

The three-day long yoga programme is the largest and only eco-friendly wellness event in the whole of the Middle East. An exciting schedule of classes and talks based on healthy eating and living will be held at the Dubai Internet City Amphitheatre in the beautiful outdoors. Major plus point : The weather is still amazing.

You can buy passes to classes in any of the four tents – Yoga Tent, Meditation Tent, Family Tent and Learning Tent. A great way to get active for adults and children alike, you’ll get a chance to train with some super qualified instructors and yoga gurus. 

Tickets are priced at Dh95 per day, Dh150 for the full event including Friday night and children under 12 years enter for free. You’ll find plenty of parking space around the area, with Fridays being free. 

The timings are – Friday 18: 4pm to 8:45pmSaturday 19: 6:20am to 9pmSunday 20: 7am to 7pm.

Just remember to bring your yoga mat and you’re all set.
