Kempinski revealed plans for a new floating palace that is set to open its doors in 2023, just off the coast of Jumeirah. It’s shore-ly worth the wait.

The one-of-its-kind floating resort will feature 156 rooms and suites, 12 additional private floating villas and will be able to accommodate 16 yachts. The layout will also enable bigger yachts to sail through the middle.

The highly anticipated five-star hotel will also be home to gourmet restaurants, bars, pools, banquet areas and more. 

The 12 private villas are two-storeyed, with a terrace on the roof and infinity pool. They are constructed in a manner that enables guests to sail to other anchorages.
