Go straight to the source and tuck into the fresh sophisticated seafood from this local oyster farm. Choose to dine at their spot by the harbour in Umm Suqeim, which has got a new indoor summer terrace. Alternatively, order the delicacy home with the farm’s delivery option to all of Dubai.

Roberto’s summer oyster menu ties in well with the world’s oyster celebration. You can get two freshly shucked oysters and a glass of premium bubbly for Dh130, or half a dozen oysters and a bottle of bubbly for Dh500. Those wanting to go all out can get a dozen oysters and a bottle of bubbly for Dh600.

The original branch of this popular Canadian restaurant is celebrating World Oyster Day with a special molluscs-themed menu. Oysters start at Dh10 a shuck and you can pair it with a glass of bubbly for Dh45 per glass.

Boca, DIFC :

Sustainable specialist BOCA’s shucked oysters and signature Dibba Bay dishes will be marked down by 10 percent on Friday.
