The Republic Adda at DoubleTree by Hilton is a new social space in Business Bay boasting flavourful Indian cuisine and adult beverages, all while having an stunning view of the Burj Khalifa from the venue’s terrace.
The new Indian Resto-Pub has a live setting in the heart of Dubai and is brimming with revamped street-food classics and other favourites from the Land of Spice. The sharing-style offerings promise to take diners on a culinary trip across the country. Think black-out samosas with a butter chicken filling in the charcoal pastry, beetroot baos and lamb chatpat kebabs served atop a South Indian dosa.
Republic also offers an extensive beverage menu with hops, house beverages and classic and signature mocktails and creative concoctions.
A blend of Indian and South Asian-inspired décor grabs the eye, with a classic tuk-tuk at the entrance, a ceiling covered with lanterns and patterned umbrellas, and trendy pop art placed around the venue. A resident DJ adds to the ambiance, playing catchy Indian hits and pop tunes.
